we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience to our customers

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (7 DAYS)

  • NO REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES DURING SALE
  • NO PARTIAL RETURNS
  • YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY
    • The item must be in perfect unused, unworn, unwashed condition with original tags and packaging.
    • For approved refund and exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

    • Once your return is received and passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7-14 working days via your original payment method (Card or InstaPay).

- EXCHANGES

EXCHANGES ARE ONLY POSSIBLE IF THE DESIRED ITEM OR SIZE IS IN STOCK.

IF NOT AVAILABLE, YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER.

    {Subject "Exchange Request", type in order number and reason for exchange, attach images of item}
  • For approved exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.

- ORDER EDITS & CANCELLATION

Adding, Removing, or Editing items in an existing order is possible through instagram direct messages and whatsapp only (+20106622888).

FOR CLOTHING ITEMS:

  • You may open the package and check your item before the courier leaves.
  • Important: Partial returns are not allowed, you must accept the entire order or return it in full, if you'd like to refund or exchange any item, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If the order total is above EGP 5000, the extra amount + delivery fees must be transferred in advance, as the courier can only collect up to 5000 in cash.

FOR PERFUMES:

YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO OPEN THE PACKAGE.
