1) SHIPPING TIMELINE
ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2–10 WORKING DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.

ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED YOU WILL RECEIVE A WHATSAPP TEXT TO CONFIRM YOUR ORDER, IF YOU DON'T CONFIRM YOUR ORDER WITHIN 48 HRS IT WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY.
ONCE THE ORDER IS CONFIRMED, PACKAGE IS PICKED UP FROM OUR WAREHOUSE, YOU WILL RECEIVE A WHATSAPP TEXT AND CALL FROM THE COURIER.
2) FULL PACKAGE POLICY
YOU MUST RECEIVE ALL ITEMS OR RETURN ALL, PARTIAL RETURN IS NOT ALLOWED.
3) RETURNS & EXCHANGES (7 DAYS)
YOU MAY REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

6) TRY-ON AT THE DOOR
FOR CLOTHING ITEMS:
YOU ARE ALLOWED TO TRY THE ITEM WHEN THE COURIER ARRIVES.

7) FULL PACKAGE RECEIPT RULE
